Big news!

It was my birthday yesterday, I opened my cards and presents in the morning and had a huge breakfast.

Later in the day while I was still in my pyjamas, my boyfriend announced he had arranged for us to go out to dinner. Nights out are difficult to arrange now we have a young son so it was pretty exciting news!

The dinner was just perfect.

We decided to take a walk through the Royal Pavilion gardens before catching a cab home, it was there my boyfriend proposed! I said yes without hesitation.

I am a very happy girl indeed :)

What do you Think of?

The thought of Summer brings images of golden fields, late sunsets and ice cream.

Summer

I was talking about plans for the summer with a friend today, we were dreaming of bike rides along the seafront, camping, picnics on the beach and jumping on the trampoline.

Bring it on!

Prints available to buy.

Run Down and Uninspiring?

Red Window

London Road, run down, and uninspiring until recently.
Since starting my project, 365 Days in Colour I look at the world in a different way.
After a huge photographic block, I feel refreshed.
I can see things that were always there, I just didn't notice.

Fun on the Pier

Pier

Turbo

Brighton Pier on a bright morning, the only time I ever visit.
I love the pier when there are no crowds; just me, my son, my camera and the odd person taking a stroll.

I took a trip to the post office and saw a robot on the way home.

Coffee and a Kiss

I walked my boyfriend to work, we stopped for coffee.
Waiting for Coffee
We said goodbye.

My son and I continued our walk along the seafront.
It was a beautiful day.
