Tonight I am celebrating the new year at home. I want to stay in the warm with Champagne and good food. Perfect!

A Weekend Away

A Weekend Away is full of nostalgia and childhood memories. Wouldn't you like to go away for the weekend to ride a carousel, eat ice cream and relax in front of a beautiful sea view? I know I would!





I know this post isn't very seasonal, as much as I love winter I can't help but long for summer days.

I found this little fox abandoned on the pavement today. She's wearing a cute yellow dress with a pocket at the front which holds a pair of scissors and a ruler. A crafty fox!

Junzo Terada

I bought myself a little treat after working so hard in preparation for the Christmas fair.

It's a little book of postcards by Japanese artist Junzo Terada. Each illustration is so charming and takes me back to my childhood.

I am now on a mission to find the perfect frames for some of my favourites. Part of me doesn't want to take them out of the book but it would be such a shame to hide them away on a bookshelf.
